Do you allow pets?
Sorry, there are no pets allowed. Many people are allergic to pet dander and it is difficult to remove once pets have lived in a house for some time;  future tenants could be affected.

What forms do I need to fill out?
Every adult tenant must complete our rental application form. You may fax the completed free application to 727-388-9825 or call for other arrangements.

Upon approval; you must complete a background check authorization form which can be found right here.

How quickly will my application be processed?
We work to process every application as expediently as possible.

Is there a fee for your rental application?
There is no fee for our rental application. It is free.
However, once an application is approved there is a $35 background check fee.

What is the criteria for rental?
We are looking for responsible people who pay their rent on time, and like to maintain a clean and comfortable home environment. We understand that good people can have less than stellar credit. We are mainly concerned that you have adequate income to support the rent payments, that you do not have multiple evictions, and that you have not been convicted of violent crimes.

What are your leases like?
Typically we require at least a one-year commitment or longer.  We will thoroughly review the agreement with our tenants after approval and prior to occupancy.
